Up-and-coming singer-songwriting Jordan drops her debut record Mianta this Friday – and we’re offering two free tickets to her EP release show, you lucky things.
Originally hailing from the glossy shores of Ireland, this exciting new artist explores a curiously melancholic sound, with battling guitar lines and punchy percussion resulting in something we’ve not quite heard before.
Self-defined as “melodramatic-dream-indie-pop”, Jordan draws influence and inspiration from household names such as Alexandra Savior, Anna Wilson, and Lana Del Rey – whilst putting her own individual twist on a retro style of music. Her debut EP Mianta touches on themes of desire, a nostalgia-tinged outing seen through rose-tinted glasses. It’s an intriguing spectacle, with standout tracks such as Red Lady piquing
