Name: Endaf Roberts

Tea or Coffee? Tea 1 sugar and a tiny splash of milk!

Musical History: Started playing piano at a young age, moved from instrument to instrument as I got older from, cornet, guitar, drums, until I finally got into producing music at around 17-18 using Cubase and Reason in college and actually stuck to it. Started off producing trance and house, dabbled in a bit of dubstep and started producing future garage just over a year ago now where I’ve started to find and craft my own sound. I now produce on Ableton Live 9 and use my Korg MS2000R synth for pretty much all the sounds in my music.

Creative Inspiration – musical and otherwise: Ifan Dafydd, Synkro, James Blake. Generally electronic music with soul, and jazzy chord progressions. Sunny days, good times, Love. Cant get enough of messing with synths, decks, software, MIDI controllers, speakers ect….

3 words to describe your musical direction: Soul, Vibes, Electronic

3 artists you’re feeling right now: Ifan Dafydd, Dpat, Sango

3 labels you recommend: Push & Run, Soulection, Risin Sound =D!

Food that fuels your creativity: Chicken, Bacon Sausage and Eggs, and Salad, all about the greens.

Fire (Qi), Earth(Xue), Metal(Jing), Water(Shen) or Wood(Jin Ye)?

Aspirations for the future: Produce my first proper EP, will be starting a new alias with another producer which I can’t reveal at this time. Starting my own company, promoting events, hiring out sound systems and the like….

What are you expecting from the night, have you played in Berlin before?

Never been to Berlin before, looking forward to seeing how the German nightlife is, always known the Germans to be mad for electronic music in general and am excited to experience a different culture. Can’t wait to also meet the Risin Sound family after listening to their music and following them for a while now.

Any releases in the pipeline?

Got a track coming out on Vinyl or free online for EΛℜ ℂΛNDY ℂ☯LLΣℂ†IVE who are making a compilation album which should be out early 2015.
