The Day live at Lido on 22nd March, win tickets to fall in love

We first heard of The Day when they brought out their song Grow back in 2017. The song was one of those rare slices of indie that you listen to and within five minutes are in love. So we’re very excited to hear that they’re live in Lido this month, the 22nd to be precise…and very happy to be able to give you a pair of tickets to fall  in love with them yourselves…

One of those rare slices of indie that you listen to and within five minutes are in love

The Day are Laura Loeters from Utrecht/Netherlands and Hamburg based Gregor Sonnenberg. Since meeting at ArtEZ School of Music in Arnhem the two keep reconciling distances, differences and always new approaches and perspectives. What runs like a thread through all of this is the interest to take charge of things themselves, try out and grow on it together.

The Day have released two EPs by themselves, were constantly on the road, supported Kate Tempest live and have formulated their own version of melancholic pop music.
