SOCIAL IMPACT OF MUSIC: MEET SOMEONE – OR SOMETHING – NEW AT MW:M19

MW:M19 is not a passive conference experience – it’s been created to be a series of fascinating opportunities. Connect yourself with something new: discovering emerging tech or a brand new artist, forging unexpected industry connectionsin a unique way, or simply uncovering your own inner vision. MW:M is where you’ll find opportunity at every turn!
(And make sure to drop by the indieBerlin Mugshot Booth, say hallo and get a photo with other most wanted riders of the storm!)

WITH FOOD, ON FOOT, OR FACE-TO-FACE: NOVEL NETWORKING AT MW:M19

MW:M19 has some novel ways to meet both fellow attendees and industry leaders. Try being paired with a partner for food in our daily Lunch Buddies meals, or ask a burning question to key decision-makers in our Meet the Expert sessions (e.g. with Mandy Aubry from Songtrust or Marit Bosch from Monkeytown Records). All early-risers and explorers should join in our net-walk Most Wanted: Walks! – a networking-walk around historic Berlin near the MW:M venue. Another early bird-option, where you can combine networking and your morning pint, is the traditional BMC Breakfast Club. Check out all of our networking options here.

Noel Maurice is one of the founders of indieberlin. Originally from the UK via a childhood in Johannesburg, he has been resident in Berlin since 1991. Describing himself as a 'recovering musician', he is the author of The Berlin Diaires, a trilogy detailing the East Berlin art and squat scene of the early 90s, available on Amazon and through this site.
