Win a pair of tickets to Helsinki’s Flow Festival 2019!

Helsinki’s premiere music and arts festival kicks off on 9th August – and we’re delighted to announce that we’ve got a pair of free tickets to give away, you lucky things.

Founded back in 2004, Flow Festival has slowly grown into one of Europe’s must-see events, with an eye-watering number of top artists scheduled to perform throughout the weekend.

Headliners include Father John Misty, The Cure, Tame Impala, Robyn, Cardi B, Erykah Badu and James Blake. If for some inexplicable reason you need more convincing, you can also catch Earl Sweatshirt, Neneh Cherry, Slowthai, Modeselektor and Blood Orange performing live sets.

As of yet, Helsinki is something of an undiscovered Nordic treasure, so there’s little danger of stumbling into tourist traps. The Finnish capital is famous for its gorgeous architecture and quickly  growing arts and music scene – plus you’ll be able to try some pretty intriguing cuisine. As it’s located in the far south end of the country, you’ll still be in for a treat weather-wise.

Killer lineups and beautiful city-centre location aside, Flow is one of the world’s first carbon neutral festivals, so you can enjoy yourself guilt-free. We’re pretty big on sustainability here at indieBerlin, so this is a huge deal for us and we’re happy to give this exciting event a big fat green stamp of approval. Flow recycles and reuses every single piece of rubbish produced during the festival, redirecting it either to energy production or to the reuse of waste materials.

The delicious snacks on offer come courtesy of local businesses and domestic growers, so you can stuff yourself silly at any one of the many food carts, all the while knowing you’re supporting independent companies situated just a stone’s throw from the festival.

There’s so much to see and do in this fascinating city, and Flow Festival is the perfect place to start. Want a pair of free tickets? Send an email to info(at)indieberlin.de by Wednesday 10th July for your chance to win.

Please note that the festival is strictly 18+ and that accommodation and travel must be arranged by and paid for by the winner themselves.
